Our Story:
A Handshake That Shaped a City

Our story sparked in 1962 with a handshake between Doug Hansen and Tom Klingelhutz—a promise of integrity that built a city (200+ homes!). Today, son Gary Hansen, alongside his son Charlie Hansen, carry that vision forward, crafting homes from humble roots to high-end horizons with unwavering care.
